I've always been very interested in fashion
and decorating but never imagined my dream of owning my own
boutique would happen as fast as it did.
My degree is actually in social work, and I
work full time for the TLDSB
working with students with special needs. Although I love my
job at Fenelon Falls Secondary
School, my passion and creativity is driven
by owning and operating my Boutique.
I love waking up every morning and going to
work. It feels like I'm stepping into a huge walk-in
closet full of all my favourite things.
Although you can usually find me in the
store, Cheryl,
the lady that works with me, is in the store just as much as
me. And she has the same passion for the store as I do
! |

We both
love meeting new people and chatting with the regulars who always
come back to see what we've gotten in that's new. It's so fun to
help customers find the perfect gift for someone or to help
someone lift their spirits by finding the perfect piece for
themselves.
I
wanted to create a beautiful, affortable space where people feel
welcomed and appreciated for their business. I believe I
have acheived this.

The Butterfly Boutique is my favourite store, and I
don't mean just in Fenelon Falls, I mean anywhere ! There is
always something new and interesting at The Butterfly
Boutique. I love the clothing and accessory
lines that the owner has picked; she has very good taste.
Each time I go in, I leave with something fantastic. The
prices are very reasonable too – meaning I can keep going back !
